Pre-Finishing Facility

- We have a full service pre-finishing facility to Paint and Stain Millwork items such as wood doors, stair parts, steel doors and mouldings. We also pre-finish Cement board Siding and Wood Deck Products. This service saves contractors and do-it-yourselfers a lot of time and headaches. There is no need to tackle that messy job of painting or staining material on site where there is always a chance of dust and dirt contaminating the finish. Here at Lavelle Company we create a “controlled” environment to eliminate any chance of dust and dirt contaminates to achieve that perfect finish.

Door Hanging Facility

- To better serve our customers and their contractors, we pre-hang Wood and Steel Doors. Once the pre-packaged door arrives on the job site, unpackage the door, put the door into the opening, level it, attached the jamb to the frameing and finish the interior openings with Lavelle Company premium mouldings. A huge time saver for installing doors.

Treating Facility

- Lavelle Company has the only Wood Treating Facility in North Dakota. By having our own facility, it allows us to control the Quality of Lumber used and the amount of Wood Preservative that is in the wood to ensure you’re getting a great quality product that will last for decades.

- Permanent Wood Foundation (PWF) is a product that we are proud to offer.
